Happens on Android when hitting "back" while a tutorial popup is shown

Happens on iOS when two tutorials show up at the same time (try eg. resetting tutorials, then custom review --> select a jinmeiyou kanji)

Reproed by resetting tutorials, going to custom review, and picking a kanji I've never seen before

Button is out of place. Can test locally by commenting out the goofy broken file import code. Discovered on release version.

It still shows the default Xamarin icon. Discovered on release version.
