[ios] Custom Review scrolling is REALLY unsmooth
Well I made it even less smooth, but now that unsmoothness occurs less frequently, so overall it's a win?
It still feels like crap, but unfortunately I don't think I have any way of improving this. Xamarin is just garbage. ugh.
