Startup Wizard - Kanji Page needs improvements
1. The "level/chapter" label gets obscured by the user's finger when they use the slider. It should go above the slider
2. Rather than 75 "steps", it should be broken into one step for each section. This will result in 200+ steps for the JLPT lessons, so...
3. Include left/right arrows to move the slider by one tick
4. The "kanji you should know" should make it very clear that these are the kanji you should know HOW TO WRITE ALREADY, not just know how to read
5. Should add another list: "first lesson will teach you these kanji"

First session after startup wizard should be only new lessons
Having reviews be the very first thing the user sees has led to some confusion about how the app works. We should defer reviewing previously learned kanji by a few days.
