The first stroke of 参 fully appears as soon as I touch the screen. If I attempt to draw it sometimes it marks me wrong. No issues with any other kanji so far.

Example: 薦 has * as prompt #3, but tutorial is shown immediately when prompt #1 is displayed

Currently it's only possible to review ahead if there's at least one review due.  The user does that review, and is then asked if they'd like to continue with reviews that aren't due.

They should have this ability even if there are no reviews overdue.

Eg. should be able to select a bunch at once and marked them as "known" or "unknown"

Right now after studying it goes straight back to the review screen.  It would be nice to instead see a new screen showing what you learned during the lesson and how you improved (or not!)

In particular, when Ross tried out the app, he got confused by the stage where two strokes are shown and the user needs to remember which start/end pair are for the next stroke.

Maybe some kind of first time introduction that pops up the first time they encounter that stage (and other confusing things, like being able to switch correct/incorrect)?
