On’yomi words in katakana
When writing Kanji, I would like to see an option to have the on’yomi words in katakana, instead of having everything in hiragana.

What would you expect for words that include both on'yomi and kun'yomi pronunciations?

I would expect those words to have both kanas, similar to how Tobira has it in their premade Anki deck. on'yomi portion in katakana and kun’yomi portion in hiragana.
Not a big priority. I love this app. Keep up the good work!

I was just thinking, if it were just a user defined hint word for each kanji, I could just enter it in katakana myself for on’yomi words, since it’s my preference. It would also allow others to enter whatever they prefer to see.
