[ios] Notch covers up kanji definition

When the phone has a notch, it covers the kanji definition.  Need to detect that case and move it up a bit.

A regression in 0.23.7 release 55 brought this back

Ugh, I attempted to fix it on every other page and managed to break it on the most important one.

Regression will be fixed in v0.23.8. Thanks for the report!
