Figure out what happens when kanji are removed from Ringotan

After updating all my databases to the latest versions, some kanji were REMOVED from the JLPT lesson.  I need to figure out:

* What kanji specifically were removed?
* Why were they removed?
* If a user learned that kanji previously, does this cause any problems?

Kanji removed: 燿藥覽偖凭剌哥嗽嘸嚏囀嫋屹掏捩焜犇皰稍窶綽罅聊臘蜀齎跣踉蹌軈閊靨鞦韆飩饂暝

Reason: Looks like jmdict removed a bunch of entries for words using jinmeiyou kanji, so these kanji no longer have word entries.  I created another ticket for adding queries for common names instead.

Should not cause any problems after the latest code update (v0.24)
