Is there a way to deactivate the question mark symbols on word examples?

I also use Ringotan because it helps me remember the words that each kanji uses, but I would like that it shows me the whole word with all the kanji instead of the "?" symbol that happens with some words. Any way to deactivate that function or any similar solution?

There's not. If a word has a question mark, that means the kanji appears later in your reviews. Jogging your memory by seeing the kanji would ruin the SRS.

However, when you eventually review the kanji being hidden, it will no longer be hidden, so you can review the same word then.
