Stroke order of 潟

The Japanese wiktionary lists both stroke orders as acceptable.

However it looks like recently on KanjiVG (the stroke order dictionary used by many sites/apps, including both Ringotan and kaku-navi, and even jisho.org) there was a discussion about it, and they decided to swap to the order to the one now shown on kaku-navi.

I will update to the latest version of KanjiVG, which should swap those two strokes.
